Our professional planning fee varies based on the trip’s length, number of destinations, and how many travelers are in your party.

The exact fee is confirmed after our Discovery Call and includes:

• Comprehensive research, property vetting, and destination planning

• Curated recommendations and experiences tailored to your preferences and budget

• Guidance on travel insurance options

• Interactive itinerary design, accessible online and via mobile app

• A reasonable number of itinerary refinements by email, text, or phone

• Coordination of all reservations, payments, and travel documents

• Pre-departure checklist and destination guide

Please note: This fee applies per trip and is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. Once the design phase begins, this fee is non-refundable.

For significant itinerary changes or requests outside the original scope, an amendment fee may apply (starting at $75 per occurrence), or we may shift to hourly billing. Any additional fees will always be discussed before proceeding.

Perfect for cruisers, too — whether you’re looking to design memorable off-ship excursions or secure private tours, we can often provide better value than the cruise-lines.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation/interruption, medical coverage, and baggage protection.

JSTA will provide options but is not responsible for coverage decisions.

Our service doesn’t end once your reservations are confirmed. We provide real-time support by proactively monitoring flights, reconfirming ground arrangements, and staying in close contact with our in-destination partners to ensure every detail runs seamlessly.

Should plans change, JSTA delivers prompt, professional assistance to keep your itinerary on track — protecting your time, comfort, and investment.

In the event of cancellation, JSTA retains 100% of the Trip Planning Fee. Clients are also responsible for supplier penalties or non-refundable charges.

If a trip is postponed, we may apply the fee toward new travel dates (within 12 months), at our discretion.
